1. Champagne - 4 oz.
2. Kirsch - 0.68 oz.
3. Vanilla Ice Cream - 1/4 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Make the ice cream float on top by gently putting it on. Not too much!

Serve in a Champagne Glass
